Finally preparation of interview

Finally preparation of interview

By Jeff Altman, Big Game Hunter

The preparation of the last interview is much like final exam preparations in college: You want to make sure you know everything you will be tested that you have covered all material and that you are as safe as possible to go into the final exam, right? It is also a good idea to continue preparing well past the actual interview date because there is a good chance that you will also have other interviews to prepare for.

One of the most common regret among people preparing for another or third interview is that they did not prepare harder for their first. They believe that because they landed another interview or third interview or fourth conversation that it will be a piece of cake. They assume that they have passed the first interview and that the hardest part is behind them.

They think they will be able to answer questions without doing further research or further review. They do not realize that the company is not close to hiring them, that they are still competing with others for the same jobs, and that they still have to overcome lingering concerns that the company has about whether they can be trusted to do the job.

As you prepare for your other or later round interview, there is much to remember when you prepare. But the most important thing is to focus on the goals you want to achieve with this interview. You need to have a general idea of where you want to go and what you want to do before entering the interview. The interview is not time to discover that you are not as qualified for the position as you thought., You may find yourself getting a little nervous. Maybe you even start panicking a little. This is perfectly normal. The key is to keep one level head and know that you are doing everything you can to get the job. Your preparation will speak for itself. The more you can practice effective interview strategies and remain calm under pressure, the better you will do.

Remember that you are preparing for your second, third or fourth interview will be expressed in the interview, so don’t throw it all away because you feel a little nervous.

Your practice in advance, your research and your review of what happened on previous interviews with this company can help you predict the rough edges they can dig in and allow you to stand up to any query they are throwing at you.
