1. Seal the agreement with authenticity

There has been a shift in companies that hire based on skill alone, as many companies have become more focused on relationships and longevity. Before your interview, examine the workplace culture to see what personal strengths you can highlight that match the company’s vibber. 2. Build a theme matrix for effective tales

To supplement your preparation to document answers to expected interview questions, you need to develop a one-page theme matrix. On the left, you must list all themes from job postings (eg team management, project management, customer service, commitment to stakeholders). On the right hand side, cards document 2 -specific examples of each theme card. This way, when you are asked a question, you can quickly find out its theme (is this a management question? Or a project management question?) And adjust a career story to share that shows proof and proof that you have done your job well in the past.
